COOKING TIP: Graham Cracker Crust

Here’s an easy pie crust: Mix 1 stick of melted butter (8 tablespoons), 1/2 cup sugar, a pinch of salt, and 1 cup fine graham cracker crumbs. Add 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon or allspice, if you like. Press onto the bottoms and sides of a 9-inch pie pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack before adding the pie filling.
